Who we are
Frontdesk AI provides an AI phone receptionist for businesses. We are based in Ontario, Canada. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through tryfrontdesk.ca.
What we collect
Demo requests: when you request a demo, we collect your name, email address and phone number, and any code you choose to send with your request.
Voice demo: if you use the voice demo on our website, your conversation is processed so the demo receptionist can respond, and it may be recorded and kept to review and improve the demo. Please don't share health or other sensitive information in a demo call.
Website usage: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, such as which pages are visited and whether a demo request was sent. It uses cookies and similar technologies and collects information like your approximate location, device and browser. We don't send your name, email, phone number or conversations to Google Analytics, and we don't use it for advertising.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your demo request, arrange and follow up on your demo, provide a quote, run and improve our website and voice demo, and keep our services secure. We don't sell your personal information.
Calls we answer for businesses
When we answer calls on behalf of a business, we handle callers' information for that business and only to provide our service to it. If you have questions about how a business handles your personal information, including personal health information, please contact that business directly.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to host our website, deliver messages and run our services. They process information only on our behalf and under confidentiality and security obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Some of these providers may store or process information outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of those countries.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it.
Your choices
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to our use of it, by emailing us. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.
